Greetings to you all. I am so excited to be in this platform.
I would like to use this first post to introduce myself. There's really not much about me, but, regardless, I'm going to write something so that you, my fellow Hivers, know about me.
Now, I'm not some kind of mystery, I'm kinda just your average, everyday girl.
Who I am:
My name is Christabel, which means "The Beauty of Christ" or "A Beautiful Christian." I'm a native of Delta State, Nigeria. I'm a not - so - old but still - awesome eighteen year old student. 😌.
How I found out about Hive:
Well, tbh, for some time, I've been searching for a platform or something where I can share my ideas and thoughts with a wider audience beyond my phone's notepad. And also, where I can gain new perspectives, learn new things.
Like, I've got all these thoughts and ideas rattling around in my head, but no real outlet for them. I mean, my phone's notepad is great and all, but it doesn't exactly offer much in the way of stimulating discussion or mind-blowing revelations.
I'm excited to explore all that Hive has to offer and engage with others.I found out about Hive through my friend @oluchi31. She introduced me to Hive Blockchain, and I'm grateful for her guidance and support in joining this platform.
What are my hobbies: (Uhmmm..... Jeez, where did my hobbies disappear to? 😅 I'm pretty sure I have some, but I can't seem to remember them right now)
But yeah, I tend to be more of an introvert, preferring my own space and company to large gatherings or crowds. I do enjoy socializing to a certain extent, but I find that I'm most comfortable and at peace when I have my own space.
But hey, what if I'm not exactly the life of the party. I like to think that my chill vibes make me pretty cool in my own way. Well, I mean, I might not be the most memorable person in the room, but I'm definitely not the most forgettable either. 😉
I also love reading books and immersing myself in various film genres, particularly Korean dramas and horror flicks (even though they scare the living daylights out of me, but I enjoy the thrill).
And yes, cooking is another activity that brings me great joy and fulfilment. I enjoy the process of combining a variety of ingredients to create wonderful delicacies. There's something truly magical about transforming raw ingredients into a culinary masterpiece. 🤤
