Hmmm. Exactly the area I found myself when I went to visit a friend last year. Very busy and people were actively in party like environment, when all of a sudden, we saw people fighting with weapon and in less than no time, security operatives appeared and I left without notice to avoid problems.

Everything will just be as if it's a movie. It's very tough loving in that kind of environment.
Exactly. Very tough. Those who lives there are very rough because of the activities going on. Raising children in that type or environment is inappropriate.
