In all honesty, the world is full of lot of things and it is only the strategic person that can make the most out of this world. Everyone needs a strategy. Whoever does not engage or employ strategy in all of his or her endeavor, I wont be shocked if the person fails because a man without a strategy is a man that is on the path of failure.
This is a unique move of a man employed and deployed into a situation that brought about a successful change in his or her life in any form.
With the above definition, it must be noted that human beings will always be in situations and only strategy can bail or help the person out of such situation. Furthermore, this strategy might not be newly invented because there is no situation a human is going through in life that had not been experienced by another person and with that one can easily use the strategy of another person since it correlates with the situation at hand.

A lot of people are going through financial crisis but they failed to realized the other people doing well financially have unlocked a strategy used by another person that had worked or remodified the strategy to suit the civilization of the day. likewise, those in the parental stage are going through a lot and do not know what to do in other to raise the children that is perfect because the mode of parenting in forty years ago has changed and the way it is done in the current system if the day is clearly different.
Hence, it is important for every human being to get or have one strategy or the other so as to find a solution to whatever situation at hand and this will lead me to talk about types of strategy. I will only mention a few blow.
> Organizational Strategy

This is a type of strategy organizations engaged in so as to make them the best out of other organizations and this strategy can come inform of advertisement which allows the wide range awareness creation so as to get more customers, generate traffic on there online pages etc. Another strategy that can be employed is a mouth watering salary and this allows workers loyalty to the organization which will increase the effectiveness of the organization.
> Personal Development Strategy

Everyone needs to develop personally because there is always a saying "dress the way you want to be addressed." We have a lot of people who do not have a sense for fashion and we equally have people that don't know how to eat in the public. Personal development strategy will make you standout in all your endeavors and one of the strategies that can be employed is to be observant and by that, you will be able to practiced what you have observed.
> Diversification Strategy

This is a very serious one. It serious because if you don't diversify your portfolio most especially in your finance, one will remain poor because one of the strategies employed the the wealthy one is this diversification strategy. it helps in protecting one from financial down turn and this does not work for an individual only but also organizations too.
in conclusion, in this world only the human being with the best strategy wins.

It is also very important to restrategize if a previous strategy is not working or stops working

I don’t believe that there’s any salary mouth watering enough to buy loyalty from employees. Workers benefits and incentives does way more than just dumping them with salary. A human who doesn’t have to prove himself and his worth turns disloyal in the long run.
Personal development is a must. Many of us don’t realize just how important this is. When we have more value, we create more income.

I understand that most people with financial problems have no strategy but honestly most times when we find ourselves being lashed with financial problems, we become strategic more than anyone and once we get the money we forget about all the plans
Only the person with the best and right strategy wins. Even if two persons are doing same job differently, if you don't employ the right strategy, nothing will come out good. We all need strategies to make out the best result, else, we would only be wasting time and not getting the desired result we want.
