Every morning when I step out for school runs, I see lots of people on the road, both adults and children, walking fast or driving towards a particular destination. A lot of them are struggling to enter public transport, running fast to their place of work; some are heading to sites with their work tools. Most people are always busy at all times trying to hustle just to make ends meet.
You see, the reason behind all the hustles and bustles of life is solely to make money and live a better life.
Now imagine being given $19k to spend in a week; that's about 30 million naira in my country's currency. The thing is that it's not enough to have money, but your plans and intentions with any amount of money at your hands matter a lot. Some people today used only 1 million naira to become rich and do well simply because of the strategies they implemented on the money usage, while some will mess up with the same amount of money and keep lamenting over the economy, which wouldn't change anything.
So personally, if I am given 30 million naira to spend within one week, then I am already on my path to making it in life. In fact, consider me one of the millionaires in my country because it will be an opportunity to bring most of my dreams and fantasies into reality and for a better living. With such money under my custody, I will focus on personal growth, upgrading my family, and, of course, investing meaningfully. I will discuss below…
I live in a developing community in Lagos State, Nigeria, and every day, there is a lot of building construction going on, from major road construction to street construction and real estate developments here and there. I am practically baffled with the speed of development I have seen here since the past three years we relocated here. Now, a business idea of owning a massive warehouse for building materials has been in my mind, especially the fact that my husband is into estate development. I will heavily invest in building materials of all kinds and start it in a bigger way. It's a business I am optimistic will thrive, especially in my location currently.
Secondly, being a realtor for over four years now, I do not need anyone to remind me that it's an apple opportunity to invest in landed property in a strategic location capable of adding much value in a few years to come. That aside, I will upgrade my family's standard of living and rehabilitate my home. Is that good grammar to use here? Hehehe. 😃. Just make it look like a new paradise, a sweet home with all kinds of gadgets to make life easier and sweeter. It's been my dream, and in my capacity, I have been doing it slowly until I achieve my motive, but with this dollar, everywhere in my home will feel the impact within a week.
Finally, I wouldn't overlook investing in my personal growth by paying for a skill that would be of great benefit to me in this competitive world.
Overall, the plan with the money is majorly to secure a good future for me and my family and live our dream lifestyle.
