I am sorry to read about the health challenges you had in the past. All thanks to modern medicines which attached the illness quickly and you became fine. We can't deny the fact that we are blessed with the new technology and what it offers

Thank you very much for your words, my health has not been the best for several reasons and although I did not mention it specifically in the post the environment has had influence on it, sinusitis and allergies are predominant because of where I live....
I am currently changing my lifestyle and am using herbs more than modern medicine, but at certain times I need both.
