The journey of success sometimes seems rough and tiring. In fact, some people give up because the challenges faced are unbearable, but someone who falls and rises back on his or her feet and never gives up always has a beautiful story to tell at the end. The determined and strong-minded ones also do feel like giving up sometimes, but some things keep them going, which serves as a motivation to them and even the people around them. Doubts might arise at any point in time especially when one is at the peak of achieving success.
Self-doubt can ruin one's life, and can also limit one's success. Sometimes, starting a journey is easy, and life isn't a bed of roses. We can't always eat our cake and have it. It took me a while before I decided to start my journey in web3 and blockchain. My father is my hero when it comes to the crypto world; he really laid a solid foundation for me, even though I wasn't serious about it then. He started with me at a young age but I never paid attention to it. To me, I thought it wasn't something for a lady; I regarded it as a man's job. At a point, I ceased to learn further and just played around it until I gained admission into a higher institution.
The higher institution is another world entirely; I met a new set of people, those who impacted my life positively. Seeing how people are thriving in the world of crypto. After realizing how successful people are in the crypto world, I now discovered that it's not only a man's job to make money in the crypto world, and nothing should stop a lady from becoming a crypto lord. One thing I have learned in life is to always ask questions, and those closer to me can testify to this that I ask questions a lot to shed light on whatever I do not seem to understand. Going back to web3 and blockchain, I had to start from the beginning, picking up knowledge that I had earlier forsaken. It was then, that I realized how useful the golden buzzard my father gave me, which I threw away out of negligence. I began to learn more, and with the help of a few friends that I would forever be grateful to, I was able to get back on my feet.
Just like medicine, web3 knowledge does not end, one has to refresh his or her brain daily to be on top of the game. Investing in crypto is a risk I must say, and it takes full understanding before attempting to invest. It is so wrong and inappropriate to invest in a business you had no idea of; that's like calling ruin into one's life. Investing in crypto shouldn't be a competition, an individual has his or her own capacity (I call it shock absorber) to withstand falls. Well, not everyone stands back well when they invest wrongly and lose money. That's why it's being advised in the crypto world to invest what you can afford to lose.
In crypto, DYOR (do your own research) is advised to avoid stories that touch the heart. There was a time I wanted to invest in a coin in crypto, and after doing the necessary research, I was convinced that it was a good deal, but then self-doubt set in; I thought otherwise; What if I lose money? What if it's not a good deal as I had thought? Different thoughts started coming into my head. Some part of me was saying, "You can do this," but unfortunately, I doubted my ability to invest in such and make headway.
Due to my doubts, I couldn't invest in the coin, and to my surprise, it did well in the market. I later regretted it, but then, I knew that other opportunities would surface though, it is not a hundred percent guarantee. I had no confidence then to pursue that, and it cost me some good fortunes, but then I had to move on from that. One of my uplines said to me then, "If you can't risk it, then you are not made for it." I remembered this and decided to restrategize, which built my confidence in the crypto world, and so far, so good; things had been just the way I wanted it.

Yeah,I feel you. I think I hit rock bottom too when I lost all my stuff last year. I haven't traded since then. Who said women can't be crypto lord? I think cryptobaddie on twitter is a perfect example. There should be others,but it's only her I follow at the moment.

I think everyone had a doubt for crypto at their first experience of it. Yes, web3 is so vast and still new, God knows what it would look like in 5, 10 years to come. I like to see ladies been involved in cryptos, web3 and digital world generally. It was made for all.
