Hats off to you for consistently doing such a great job of supporting them for years and sponsoring a boy and girl - the girl (Doctor) would definitely enable others. You just enabled a whole community because these boy and girl will guide their community.
And well said, no matter what we think about our life, there is always someone somewhere worse than us. We should be thankful for what we have.
Sometimes in life we just do things because they seem the right things to do. I am glad I did it, and it brought me happiness too over many years seeing them excel and move abroad and have wonderful lives whilst helping their family back home.
