Financial instabililty can be said in a nutshell as the state of not having enough for your needs.... One moment you are rich, the next moment you're poor...It's an alternating ride.
Everyone will love to be independent and provide for themselves whatever they need at any point in time and that is the where the whole dream of financial stability comes in.
Personally, a lot of things (cars, watching friends spend, clothings just to mention but a few) always make me reaffirm and redeclare my already made declaration that I'll never be broke again every now and then; So what made me come to this declaration in the first place?
I won't say I haven't lived in a decent house before, moreover, what matters the most is having a place you call home and not house, hehe, but then, seeing some family buildings... Oh! Wow! Jeez!
I have always been a lover of well constructed buildings and every time I get passed one of such, I pause for a while and end up clapping for the owner for the job well done after which I will say to myself,
Funny as it may sound, this act of mine started since 2018 and I have been doing that up until now.
I may miss wedding ceremony, I may miss traditional marriage ceremony but what I will never miss is an invitation of opening a new house. This gives me an idea of how perfect I will build mine after honouring several invitations.
Not just all about building the house perfectly but also equipping the house with everything needed to the extent that you will be in your home all day long and yet have no need of going outside.
Recently when the chef, Hilda Baci flaunted her home's interior and all that was inside with robots that literally do everything she needed, I was like, "How could life be so easy"?
That's it for my very first point of declaration that I will never be poor,
Building a house is not an easy task anywhere, infact, from where I come from, if a man manages to build a house, he is seen to have done everything he should do and is hailed regardless of whatever lapses he has, what you will be hearing of you want to complain is, "...... But he built house na?"
That's to tell you how difficult it is.
Nevertheless, it's something I must do, not just for doing it, but doing it to my taste and I have been working on that dream.
In the little way I can at the moment, I have many classic engineers working in notable building companies who I follow on social medias and always see the various designs they're building... Not that it's the one I must build because things are changing, but then, it gives me an Insight of what the cost will be.
As for the source of my funds for the building, I am studying and taking my books as serious as I can because it is from savings while practicing that I will get the money required to build my home.
The urge to be financially stable is a strong one especially in our world today where illegality is seen as morality but I will like to tell you that all that glitters definitely ain't gold and nothing beats peace of mind.
There is definitely no need for the rush, bit by bit, you will actualise all/most of your dreams if you remain consistent with whatever good you're doing.
Things of this world fade easily and times are changing fast.... Remember when people did ritual to purchase iPhone 7?

Nothing beats the peace of mind, bro. All that glitters isn´t gold. This is why we have to be patient and focused to give the best life we ever wished for and wanted. I also love a beautiful house with amazing interior decor but I believe everything is time while I do what I need to do instead of folding my hands and waiting for magic to happen.
