Thinking in a healthy way requires in some cases to discipline the mind, some minds can be very restless and cause stress, I like your perspective that I understand is to think with intelligence, it is the most suitable, however, sometimes it is difficult to diminish the mind, it seems to have a life of its own but fortunately it is not so.
And your thoughts you took them to actions, that's something important too.
