You wake up in the morning and you start thinking of how your day is going to be
That’s you embracing fear; fear of what’s next.

A lot of people fear to do a lot of things, they fear to take risk,
The fear of changing the direction and course of their life.
What about the fear of living and not fulfilling purpose!
Ever wondered why some men and women who are ripe for marriage, have everything they need to build a home but are still not married?
Some of these men and women do not even bother searching for the bone of their bone, because of the fear of marrying due to the rate of divorce; the pattern of abuse in their family, some grew up to see their father beating their mother till she lost her life.
Some people are afraid of getting into another relationship because they are scared of getting hurt again.
Most men are afraid that they could lose the respect of their wives when their account gets red.
There is a common adage that your closest enemy is always your friend, the reason why some people are scared of having friends.
Most people are scared of death, just the discussion of death and accidents and they are already having an illusion that they’re going to die, the moment the discussion ends.
Some, if not all women are scared of getting pregnant and giving birth. They are scared of being abandoned, cheated, and neglected by their husbands due to the changes they undergo via post-antenatal.
Often times, you do hear people say, “don’t tell me the truth if its goanna hurt me “; they are scared of bearing the weight of the consequences that comes with the truth.
Some people fear staying single, having being abandoned by a loved one without a quick notice; that’s why when one relationship ends, they find another.
I find myself in this category, sometimes, I’m afraid of people’s opinions about me; what does the other person think about me?
Fear is a natural or a re-occurring force. Like in the Bible, fear pulled Peter down to sink when he stopped believing.
But, NOW, if I may ask…
Is fear okay?
Is it natural? Or
Is it tied to one’s personality?
How does fear come about?
And you know the funny part of it?
Most people find it difficult to admit that they have fear.
Fear means differs things to different people:
To a business tycoon
To a spouse
To a driver or car owner
To a crypto person
To an investor
To a pregnant woman
But fear, isn’t out of place, it can be a source of strength and motivation. For instance, it’s what may be your driving force to get up from the bed and get to work so that you do not get sacked by your boss.
Fear, could be a signal, that when lost and not paid attention to, may lead to danger.
Fear is but wrong/bad when it threatens you.
Sometimes, fear hunts.
It is good to overcome your fear because when you do, it becomes your strength. To someone reading this post, turn your fears into your strength by taking a step, this time with a positive mindset that things will turn out different. To someone out there, God is saying FEAR NOT.
Do not let your fear outshine the potentials in you, do not let fear deny you of great opportunities.

The rate at which this generation is scared of marriage is alarming but not totally unjustified
