Sorry to say and I know you mean well but peanuts are the worst nut for you... especially for healing. Besides the proven health benefits, there are serious downsides >>

1, First and most important, peanuts are man made hybrids, basically for centuries we have been cross breeding new species and throwing it on the market without proper testing.

When comparing hybrids to natural food/universe food/god food/original food, hybrids tend to be less nutritious, acid and have negative health benefits.
