They may try "military" lock downs, and then they will be issuing blue helmets, or some sort of uniform. This aligns with all the UN vehicles they have been shipping and depositing around the country.
But, you can only speculate on their plans, because we do not know the level of depravity they will go.
About the election, i expect them to pull out all the stop. Try to cancel it. Try to rig it, where we will have 150% of the American people voting, and Kamala winning in a landslide victory, and then we are left being shown obvious fraud. Or something worse.
Nothing will shock me (saying that, i will be shocked.) but i can only deal with it after the pull back the curtain
It's hard to know exactly what sort of hi-jinks they will pull this time around, I would assume they will just do the same things they did last time in terms of rigging the elections. I doubt very much there will be a debate. They have been telegraphing the idea of some sort of cyber attack from the WEF and that Obama movie. I'd rather have the internet go out than another bioweapon like last time.
They will never put blue helmets in America because that would make them such easy targets, they will arm the invaders and put them in our uniforms on our dime.
