Yes when we were renting this property pre purchase we thought something was not right as our power bill was always the same price. We never saw the bill and when we negotiated the purchase I stipulated a pay as you go unit to be installed. This was never completed and we ae not on the system so why the urgency as someone has been crooked here and it was not me.
