How it started

I started in the Crypto Currency World a while in 2018. Back then I was just buying coins and tokens without doing any research, just following the Hypes. I managed to accumulate a substantial amount of Coins in my Atomic Wallet ... then 1 day I got Scammed. I logged on a fake website which was sent to me on Twitter by a fake Support and I lost everything.

I was in my car, literally staring at my wallet on my cell phone as the funds where being drained to 0, transferred to another wallet...powerless.

I created this character: CryptoShields to fight back the scammers back then for Fake Wallet Supports. I managed to get a few of them Banned from twitter ... it was easy since most of them were using existing Business names, so flagging them for impersonating someone was quite easy.

I only started with NFTs 1 year ago. I had no idea what I was getting into to be honest. I just followed the #BAYC hype like most people. All my first purchases were on $SOLANA, so fart all the projects are still active and trying to keep their promises.

But the $SOLANA NFT Market is new and doesn't have as much money as $ETH. Therefore I decided to try $ETH for the very first time a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, my very first experience with $ETH was a RugPull. I minted LazyLion Ape Club for 0.085 $ETH ... a project promoted by people I initially considered trustworthy influencers which ended being a group of Scammers I decided to call the #RugPullMafia.

I was honestly devastated and I was ready to leave the #NFTCommunity for good after this. But I realized that much more people were in the same situation as myself, noobs, naives, looking for the next #BAYC. So now, I'm going after them ... the Scammers, the #RugPullMafia ... the ones responsible for stealing millions of dollars from innocent people.

With this blog I will share what we found about them so far. How they operate, their Twitter Usernames, their Previous and Upcoming Scams, exchanges and wallets used, contract addresses and more.

Their network is HUGE and very well organized. We can't follow all of them but we can make sure the ones we know are flagged.

This is the beginning of a new journey. I hope we can help as many people as possible understand and detect potential #RugPulls.

Stay tuned.
