One would think. Especially since these are private companies they have to be turning a profit as well.. unless of course the conspiracy theory of many news outlets being propaganda machines of the government and their intention was never to be an unbiased press but only to pretend to be... and with some creative accounting they can pretend as though they are profitable when in reality their bills are being paid by the ultra-wealthy that benefit from their lies directly. It's just a thought but these days doesn't seem beyond the realm of possibility.
