I've been keeping well and being kept busy dropping my kids here, there and everywhere. How are things with you?

All good here thank you very much - as you know I'm right out in the sticks, so much like yourself I've been relegated to being a glorified taxi driver! lol Other than that I've been ticking along nicely, restarted MMA training/sparring last year - so that's going well. Still getting out and about on the moors, and writing as and when I can.
