How did you know the swamp wouldn't be drained?
Maybe that is because the area is a swamp, and will always be a swamp.
You cannot change the characteristics of a swamp.
You can cover it up with neat statues and stuff... but its still a swamp.
And, you really need to learn who you are fighting.
covert networks won't aid the person fighting for good.
It is a method employed by the dark, the evil.
All of the movies show us how the dark and the evil fight.
I can't remember a movie that really shows how that light fights.
V for vendetta ... sorta?
We have to build a new structure. One that allows the best to rise up and move the world forward instead of having them stifled and buried under mountains of red tape.
The path forward requires no permission and none should be sought.
