Just gotta keep plugging along! You ended 2024 really well. Hitting that BRO goal is a big deal and if you look at that in terms of HIVE you could have powered up, you are doing really well. I'm getting close myself and then I hope to get the rest via delegation.
I took away my delegation after I bought over 1000, but thinking about it, I might delegate again. If the price of BRO does explode up, I'd like to be able to sell some at a profit while still remaining a dragon.

I talked to an old guy who told me he could remember getting Mercury dimes in change when he was a kid and spending them. Totally understandable given his age, but it also kind of blew my mind a little.

I think using the Mercury dimes as gifts is a great idea. I have about 4 tubes of them and then some. I may do the same thing as it is a good idea.
In fairness, there is currently a lot of work behind the scenes to improve HE. This crisis triggered more work on it than we've seen in years. So I suppose this could have been a blessing in disguise.

It took me years to finish off accumulating a roll of US silver Dimes in Canada since not a lot come my way being only 50 miles of the US border. I may just do a bit of shopping over the border OR give it to a distant relative living in Washington State should he need it and remembers me.
Not a bad idea. Dimes are always great to get. One of these days I'm going to have to start getting Canadian coins too. Right now US and Japanese are about all I can handle, but maybe when the kids move out and I have more free time to focus on the hobby.

My mom and dad both remembered seeing them in change when they were kids, but they were born in the early 1940's!

Well, I wish them luck in getting it all straight. Maybe I will check it out later today, but not sure I will invest anything yet.

Buying silver is never a bad thing! Even if it doesn't go up a lot, it won't go down, so you aren't losing money. It's a very stable investment.
