My Eating Habit.

Let’s forget about the taste of food for now. I’m sure everyone understands that food is life and without food, we can’t live. This is why so many people die of hunger. Food is what we consume that gives us nutritional growth or support. I’ve got a fee questions to answer about my eating habit.

Are you the type that like eating quality food irrespective of how small it is, or are you among those that prefers Quantity, Or do you prefer both quantity and quality food?

Unfortunately, I’m not among these three. I can’t even find my type here which is something I have to work on. Despite the fact that I prefer quality food over quantity food, I still do not really get any.

Ever since I was thirteen, I’ve been diagnosed with ulcer and I have lost my appetite for food. Even the days when I say that I’m very hungry, I barely eat good food and this is now a part of my life that I want to take seriously.

I prefer snacks over food and so many times, I will rather take Pepsi and Gala over food and this idea is not healthy. Sometimes, I eat bread and sometimes, I may not even have lunch and when it’s time for dinner, it may be junks as well. I just hope no one is like me because I’m not enjoying my eating habit.

Do you really have time schedule for Eating or do you just eat anytime food is available or when hungry or are you on a diet for therapeutic reasons?

Time? There’s no time to basically decide on what to eat and if I want to do that, it will take hours to make the meal and by the time I’m done cooking the meal, I may be too tired to eat the meal I’ve cooked.

Right now, I want to focus on having a healthy eating habit. A healthy eating habit will prevent us from falling sick because the food is nutritious and it will make us live healthily.

Food is life and we should get a good food by all legitimate means.
