Rest and sleep are completely different thing all together, rest is said to be a period of relaxation while sleep is a complete state of rest when the mind and body is no longer active for a period of time.
I've found it very difficult to rest and have a enough sleep since I became a corps member sometimes where a corps member is been posted for his primary place of assignment (PPA ) can be so frustrating and annoying.
But all this actually started from the camp because we were treated like the military wake up as early as 4:00am in the morning and we won't have time again till evenings except for sunday's that we do have time to wash our cloths and rest for some time till 2:00pm and then we continue normal activities as the rest of the days.
Been in the camp was actually so tiring and annoying because of the ups and downs but it was actually fun at times because we do go for matching practice for our passing out parade (pop).
When i came out of the camp I was thinking all the stress of not having rest and enough sleep was over but seems it was just the beginning because after I left the camp I started looking for my PPA and I finally find it later late in the evening I was having body pains, headache and when I decided to sleep the night was so short that when I just close my eyes someone tapped me.
oh !! it was morning already and everyone was ready for devotion i still had no option but to stay awake because it's a church house and it's compulsory for everyone to be present. After staying in the church house for some days without having rest of the activities as usual.
I decide to start searching for house because staying in the church house and still going to my primary place of assignment (PPA) was so frustrating no enough rest so i couldn't bear it because i still attend all the activities in the church house and I just had to find a place a rest.
Finally got a place for my self and I was able to rest a little bit because now is just my PPA I'm going but I came to realize that the funds won't be enough to Carter my needs and wants.
So I started another hunting for yet another extra primary place of assignment (PPA) to try and meet up with my needs so I got a private school where I teach and the place is far from my house and so it just seems like I've begin another endless rest and not enough sleep but I had to do the needful to survive and keep going.
The most annoying part of not having enough rest and sleep in this state I'm posted to is that it's actually a northern part of the country, north east to be precise.
So the sun their is very scorching and the heat is too much during the dry season so after coming back from work I find it so difficult to rest or sleep at times I won't be able to rest that afternoon because of the sun and to much heat so I will just wait and take a nap at night.
I barely sleep for up to 5 hours in a day it's so frustrating been here at times i do sleep in class because of lack of rest and having enough sleep.
There are couple of times my fellow teachers snap me in the class and made fun of me because I use to look very tiring always because of lack of rest and sleep. Really feel happy to share my worst experience of not having enough rest and sleep at work here.

Very tiring and frustrating no enough sleep because of that at times you feel dizzy and headache..it's well
Many of us don't even know what it feels like to sleep for at least 8 hours anymore, if we see 4 hours sleep we manage. Adulthood is a lot..

Seriously adulthood is entirely something else, Is like a trap .
On my way to work now till 3pm just imagine very stressful.
Being a corp member is good but sometimes the posting place is frustrating
I've heard quite a lot of stories about camps. Mostly, the harsh method of treatment is enough to break a person. Thank goodness i've never been there before.
