Electricity is one thing we can not do without no matter how we try to cope without it , it can still present it's absence or presence.
Meanwhile here in Nigeria there are some places that enjoys steady electricity while there are some places that witnesses electricity once in awhile and there are still places that don't even see it at all from year to year, as I'm talking to you now there are some villages over here that does not have electricity, till now they are still using the local way of light in which our Igbo parents then use to call "mpanaka".

Over here electricity is another thing altogether.
The system of electricity over here is really tiring, over here you can not boost of a one hour light without interruption, Most especially in the day time..
For you to enjoy electricity over here is that you will have your solar fixed for you if not, electricity here is like a game anything you see you take depending on your location..
Back in those days when i was a kid ,there use to be steady electricity and then it was the government that was in control of it then .
That time it was known as NEPA(national electric power authority).
when it was then NEPA ,it was been managed by Nigerian government and then it was ok than now, even then it was very affordable than this present time .
I can remember then when NEPA officials will come to our house ,they will just come to our meter then and give us exactly what our meter read within that month and when you are paying for it you will know that you are paying for the amount of electricity you used and not now everything has been changed ..
Now the government is no longer in charge of the electricity rather it is been handled by an individual electrical company which is known as EEDC( Enugu electricity distribution company) .
Since it was changed to EEDC everything changed the bill is too much, even the prepaid meter is not like the one we use to know before now, everything concerning electricity is just costly even to the extent that some people will tell them to disconnect there line.
I have a neighbor here due to how costly the bill is she told the EEDC workers to disconnect her light that she does not need their light.
But the best thing she did for herself was to buy solar and fix in her own building and she is enjoying her light without any disturbance of billing from EEDC.
Even me as it stands now i am having a plan of fixing my own solar electricity so as to enjoy that in which my neighbor is enjoying..
