Rest and sleep

This is a very nice topic of the week because we all need rest and sleep as human beings.

Sleep which the act of relaxing our mind resting and going out of our normal activities for awhile.
While resting is taking a little break From our normal body activity for sometime.
The difference between rest and sleep is that rest can be done with your eyes open just taking a break from your normal activities while sleep is totally going out of yourself for awhile, just close your eyes and have a total rest ....

Rest and sleep is one the very good thing we have to add to our everyday activities, within the 24hours of the day we have to bring out time to sleep and rest our body.
Sleep and rest have many benefits and this benefits include:
It reduces stress and anxiety after working a whole day , you have a rest to lessen the stress we have been to throughout the day.
Rest and sleep helps in body relaxation and helps in adequate circulation of good blood flow in the body thereby encouraging good standard of living and improve our health.
Rest and sleep helps in improving our mental health and with this lessen depression and other kind of mental disorder..
Rest and sleep changes our skin texture to good and improving the skin integrity.

Rest and sleep is very beneficial to us and our health.
Me after school or work once it is exactly 4pm in the evening that is when i use to take my own rest at least an hour or two just to cool of my head and relax myself and brain..
This really use to help me especially if i want to read and understand, I read immediately i woke up after having my rest and that use to be cool for me..

Let us try and consider rest and sleep as part of our daily activity because this is very important to our health..
