I recently had a really bad experience with the hospital. Although it wasn’t personal, it happened to my partner, but I felt it affected me personally. Thinking about it right now, I feel angry at the fact that this bad experience came from a highly reputable hospital and also a highly respected doctor. Well what can I say, people can do the stupidest things for the stupidest reasons. For one the doctor in question and the hospital were places I visited often that was why the realization of their incompetence was sad to know.
I’m one person who hardly ever falls sick, the times I’ve had to visit the hospital was either because of my partner or my sister and both times we had to come back because the drugs they prescribed had adverse effects. It started with my sister who wasn’t getting better until I had spent a lot at the hospital. It’s as though there are more sales people than actual medical professionals in a lot of hospitals. Even after giving the doctors and nurses our medical history of my sister, they still ended up prescribing the wrong meds and we foolishly went back there to pay for more meds.
The event that broke the camel's back was when my partner was sick and we went to the same hospital only to be given wrong prescriptions that escalated her situation because she is an ulcer patient. The nurse in question assured us that the meds won’t trigger the ulcer only for us to rush back to the hospital because it was triggered again. The doctor who later calmed the issue started molesting my partner in the name of a checkup the next day and I walked into him in the process. He tried to cover it up by saying he was just doing his job, and my partner kept insisting that it was the other way round. Well I have stopped going to that hospital and are now careful with where I go for checkups.

I'm so sorry to hear about that terrible experience you had with the hospital and the doctor. It's looks somehow that your partner had to go through such and it's understandable that you've lost faith in that hospital. Hopefully, you'll find a more competent and respectful one.
Thanks for sharing.
