Diversional therapy when Angry.

Anger for me it is a natural phenomenon which keep and guide man over things and his environments, one who stays and say he or she don't used to be angry I will say it is a brutal lie, yes anger may can in different ways depending on what you may see it as, of a Truth what you may see as anger I may see it as tone and same thing implies in second to me. I think that being angry is a response to a stimulus that is not accepted by you as an individual, how do I mean, you can be angry even you are just alone yes of course, at the point where you don't know the next step to take you are see things are going out of hand, the chances of being upset and angry is high.

What matters alot in the life of an individual is management, just as we all know that anger is just there, then how do we manage it, I have seen alot of persons trying so much to manage there anger, I know of a friend who will love to cut herself for she to calm down, maybe that's what works for her, it is not maybe, I have seen many times that is what works for her.. Just like everyone else may have one thing or the other that always helps them in management of anger issues..

Yes I have been angry and annoyed to the point that I'm supposed to react but I have this nature and I think it's just a just, I smile over alot of things. At that moment when I was growing up when ever I'm pained or probably angry, I will just cry it out and once I stop I good, but then people started seeing it as weakness, nowadays If it happens to be that I'm angry, first of all I try as much as possible to excuse myself and engage myself in one Activity or the other. I can remember cleaning the house that very day I was angry and I was just singing and doing cleaning. So it is important to find out what work for you when ever you are angry..
