Hey... I tell you what. Don't fret... don't force your body to sleep. Let it fall a sleep. If you feel tired and exhaused you will fall a sleep at night.

I am exhaushed for days... heat, or work all the time, don't know. But I sleep from 11 pm to 5:30 am... 6 hours of sleep plus 30 minutes nap at night. Post this work... tired.

Anyway... have you got those eyes tested, power and got right glasses?
