Diet and Eat Habit

A long time ago, before the pandemic, I used to weigh almost 70 kilograms. At that time, I felt everything was fine. Every night I drank coffee, then bought food with lots of flour and sugar. I also liked to stay up late.

Until one day, during the pandemic I felt that my body was not okay. I started a diet. Starting not to buy instant food at the minimarket and eating home-cooked food. I lost up to five kilograms in two or three months. After that, it got stuck. It was difficult for me to start exercising.

Started an extreme diet, only eating boiled food and others. Indeed, my body lost drastically. But, when I didn't watch my food, my weight also increased drastically. Until one day I did intermittent fasting and reduced sugar.

My weight went down but slowly. Then, I also started the David fast where one day I fasted and one day I didn't. When I didn't fast I did intermittent fasting. When I did that, my weight could drop to 53 kilograms.

I got my ideal weight. By maintaining my diet. I avoid fried foods, increase fiber from vegetables and fruits, and add protein. I just realized that sufficient protein content will not make me hungry.

Reducing packaged drinks is also important for me right now. Once in a while is okay, but not too often. I also replaced latte with Americano, to drink coffee. There are many things that I replaced for food and drinks, it turns out that it has become my habit now.

At first it felt torturous to change latte with Americano, but now it is very comfortable. Moreover, I drink Americano before running. How is it after undergoing this new habit? My body is more comfortable to move and I don't get sick often. That's all I can tell you about eating habits. How is your experience? See you again in the next story.

I weigh 70 kg right now too, I do visit the gym but I notice I am only adding more weight and this is because the exercise at the gym makes me eat more, when I tried dieting, it worked but I was not disciplined with it...

I also want to try this diet stuffs but when i am overworked i used to eat a lot. I couldnt help it. So sad.
