It's impossible to see someone that would say he or she dislikes eating or hates food, irrespective of how little such a person eats. As humans we have different appetites for food; some prefer eating large portions of food, thereby going for quantity, while some prefer to eat little but quality food. Sometimes eating preferences vary by gender; males tend to eat more than females, and I've seen the practical examples in my younger brothers. They always want more, and when I complain, my mom does say I can't compare my appetite and digestive system with theirs, as they are males.
I am a lover of good and quality food, irrespective of the quantity. I prefer quality over quantity. Presently in my country, eating a well-balanced meal is impossible for the less privileged and even the middle class, as the rate of foodstuffs is becoming outrageous, but nevertheless I still try my best to get myself a balanced meal, especially when I crave such food. It is expected to eat three times a day; I don't know who came up with that timetable, but as good as it is, it's not being followed presently due to the cost of living in the country. People eat what they can lay their hands on and do so when it's necessary, not whenever they are hungry. This is why the three-times-daily pattern of eating is not being followed, although one can eat as many times as he or she desires once the food is available.
For me, sometimes I do follow the timetable of eating three times a day – that's breakfast, lunch and dinner – and sometimes I eat less, while sometimes I eat more than three times. The reason behind me eating less at times is when I am busy either at work or school. I skipped breakfast a lot, which is not right. Breakfast is very important and shouldn't be skipped, but at times I am guilty of this, not because I intentionally wanted to but because I had no choice. I can't eat as early as 7am, and sometimes I do leave home before 7am, and before I could have a chance to eat, that would be in the afternoon. In such situations, I have no choice but to eat lunch and dinner when I get home at night.
I don't have a schedule for eating, and when I would have gotten the chance to eat when I'm hungry, I might be busy with one thing or the other, which means I eat when I'm hungry sometimes and when I get the chance. I have a poor eating habit which I'm willing to work on for healthy living. The first step is making sure to eat breakfast before stepping out every day. One good thing I make sure to eat is fruits and vegetables. No matter the pattern of food I eat, I always make sure I don't skip fruits and vegetables. I have no reason to diet, so I wish I could eat as many times as I want, but I don't have such time to spare, and due to the management of resources, presently, one can't eat as many times as one desires, only when hungry, and that too not all the time. There are times when one will be hungry and will want to eat, let's say, lunch but will just have to postpone eating till dinner just to manage resources. But in a country where foods aren't expensive and a balanced meal is affordable, one will have no reason to skip meals. There will be opportunities to eat as many times as possible. Just as I said earlier, I go for quality rather than quantity, and so I'm willing to improve on my eating habits, which is a step to healthy living.

For me it would always be both quantity and quality. I just can afford to be eating a food that tastes nice but can fill me up.

Lol the only time I hate food will be when I'm filled from eating a lot 😂 except when I'm very sick.
I wonder how we came to conclusion to eat three times a day, I want to eat up to six times a day in small quantities, and healthily 😌
