I want to start by sharing a very big secret with you all; when you hear it, just know that you are one of the lucky ones, so what's that one secret? The secret is that "I don't eat." Well, you are free to argue, but then I'm still gonna come out plain that "that was a lie." The truth is that I eat and not just a little "I eat a lot". I think eating is one of my favorite things to do, so I'm gonna add it to my list of hobbies.
I was at a place where two guys were arguing about water and food; one said water is the most important essential of life, that you can't go a day without water, but you can actually go a day without food, while the second guy was on the opposing side. I watched them as they all expressed their thoughts and opinions; none of their opinions convinced me because "I know who I am." I know a lot of people want to know who I am; well, I'm someone who loves food, "that is who I am."
Food is life but then it can also cause a little harm to the body when the essential nutrients aren't in it. This particular topic is yet to be concluded; its debate has been going on for as long as I can remember, and that has been declared inconclusive; that is one major reason it is still open for discussion. Growing up, I can remember when things were kind of difficult, Mum would tell us to eat to our satisfaction even if the food wasn't delicious, that what matters is our satisfaction.
In my part of the world, we know what is right, but then, due to certain circumstances, we find ourselves always going for the quantity of food over the quality. I know high-quality foods are the ones that are more focused on health benefits, like foods that boost our immune system and keep our skin looking fresh, while the quantity of food possesses less of these factors I mentioned above.
I prefer both quality and quantity when it comes to food. There are days when I decide to focus on quality, and there are also days when I focus my attention on the opposite, which is "quantity." In all, it boils down to what is in the pocket or pulse.
I don't have a scheduled time that I eat; I only fill the stomach when the need arises; in order not to make the mountain of my stomach collapse, I have to fill it with food.

I am guilty of always wanting quantity over quality... I bought food in a canteen one day alongside my friend and he was like I bought only 1 meat on this plenty food, I had to let him know that even the one meat was because I felt it is normal to have a meat on the food and it will be the last thing I devour, so most time i don't eat balanced diet but i eat to my satisfaction.
Yeah 😆 🤣 I understand this story. Most times I don't even buy meat when I'm buying food from the canteen. I know there would be some side eyes looking at me, but I don't care. It's my life and choice.
