Thanks as usual for the report, if it's not to complicated, I suggest adding a table of outdated versions of witnesses still active at the end to remind people to withdraw their vote for them. Like for example @nathanmars (v1.24.4 when we moved 2 months ago to v1.25.0) who is always at the active rank 66 and doesn't seem to care too much about the witness rules since his last reblog was only 10 days ago.
I don't understand the case of @dbuzz. He's at the active rank 58 and has only signed 5 blocks this week and despite that, his number of missed blocks is 0? While I am at active rank 87 and I signed 18 blocks, shouldn't he have a significant number of missed blocks?
OK I think I found the bug with the missed block count. I only count a witness missed blocks when they sign a block. But @dbuzz only signed 5 blocks all on the 6th. So the script didn't count for the other days. Will fix that up. Thanks

Good idea but a bit more complicated. That's why I have a separate post for outdated witnesses.
As for missed blocks. They are the number of missed blocks for that week, not in total.
I suspected it wouldn't be that easy and I forgot your separate message too, my bad.
With vote expiring, this would fix it self sooner or later.
