Exploring the power of the crotch mic! In this short video, I’m using the AKG D 11 C placed between the kick and snare. We go from a no-FX mix to the raw sound of the crotch mic, and finally to a full mix with FX. Let me know what you think of this vintage mic!

That mic on its own is not great, but the whole mix sounds good. At least if you capture it all then you can experiment with all the channels. What interface and software do you use? You and @giampaolo19 are my inspiration :)

Thanks man, appreciate! It is not beautiful (or perhaps modern) by today's standards, or taken out of context. I also like it individually because I associate him with the task I have in mind for.
