Hi @practicaleric, for this game you only need to buy one type of flower from one town or city to be sold in just one town or city. See below from the question.

After buying the flowers, the participant must then sell all the flowers he or she has bought in just one of the towns or cities named in the question

The following instruction may have caused some confusion.

Choose one or more of six goods to buy.

This was intended in regards to the quantity of a particular good rather than buying several types of goods. E.g. You could buy 50 of Good A. Not various quantities of Good A, B, and C.
