You said "Not sure if Delegation is such a big need", so people already have larynx tokens = delegation is needed for the tokens to be useful, otherwise it's all in vain...
Where on any chain on this earth can you delegate Miner? Give me one exact example please.
Right now the LARYNX tokens don't have the mining capability. When they will have, it could be a different deal, I suppose. But until then, they have no use case for the majority of holders.
I think it would be a very strange to be able to delegate miner. Maybe rent them out or lease as soon as they create rewards. But delegation of miners is concept which I don't think has a valid reason to exist.
The LARYNX Token is in a strange state right now, because it’s basically a digital miner, that does not mine anything :D
The team referred to them as a delegation. Maybe they'll work differently. Or maybe this feature will end once the mining starts.
Or the delegation is meant to be used in a leasing/renting/pooling model. Might be the case, would make sense.
I don't have a problem with any of those types of potential implementations. I haven't listened to the AMA to see if they said how this will work, but at this moment LARYNX tokens are simple tokens, not miners. That's what I am trying to tell you.
I don't have an example and I don't care much about other chains. People need to be able to do something with this tokens, otherwise why they even bothered with the airdrop...
