It's hard to believe it's been almost a year since my last actual post here on #Hive. I'm not proud of that fact... and I'm determined to make sure I don't continue the characteristic trend. So here I am, and there's lots to talk about!
Like Bitcoin, for instance...
Holy crap, right?! The #BTC ship went sailing, and it broke through the $100K level a number of times-- three separate times in the last month alone, as you can see below.
As #Bitcoin tends to affect the general crypto market climate, its steady climb has helped other tokens follow suit. A rising tide lifts all ships, as they say.
Especially for any tokens which are pegged to Bitcoin directly...
Meet #BBH, or Bitcoin Backed Hive.
Or perhaps you've already found it... or maybe, like me, you knew about Bitcoin Backed Hive for a few years in some limited sense-- and had even built up a small pile of them.

I actually remember buying 5000 BBH tokens so that I could use the !BBH tip command five times a day. But I didn't know much about it, other than a loose expectation of some relative price peg to the BTC token.
But then I noticed the #Hive-Engine tokens being dripped into my wallet, and I decided to take a closer look at the BBH project. It turns out you can earn different types of tokens depending on how many BBH tokens you hold, as well as getting separate token drips for staking the BBHO outpost token.

Getting Back into Hive, Baby! 😎
And it's not because of the recent price pump... although it is nice to see, and I hope this trend continues. The last month, as you can see below, is one of the prettier Hive charts I've seen in a while.
It's still well below its all-time high, so I remain optimistic.
But I always wanted to post more and be more consistent, so I can't express how good it feels to get back into it. I know it's only one post, but I have some time off work right now, so I intend to make the most of it!
I'm going to reorganize my Hive landscape and Hive-Engine basket, so that I can focus on the highest-potential projects and on creating my own content. It's exciting!
