Multicolor Floral Sunday
A cordial greeting to all the members of Free Your Mind. Happy to be here again, inquiring, reflecting, perhaps philosophizing about experiences lived along the way, always with the firm intention of emancipating my mind, contributing so that it can flow and prowl comfortably.
Each day of the week has its value. For me, there is no one day better than another, because they are all meaningful and revealing. Perhaps, like me, you have had to work some Sundays. I totally understand, sometimes it happens and we can't help it. When that happens, my next week becomes intense and represents adding additional strategies to cope with the effort and not faint from exhaustion due to lack of rest, trying to make my whole being harmonized and balanced.
But when I have the pleasure of having this magical day, I enjoy and savor it with joy, and at maximum intensity, I waste absolutely nothing. How? I tell you that I have no rules, no rigid or established patterns because by investigating and experimenting, I have assimilated a variety of ways to enjoy it with satisfaction and delight. Everything will depend on what I feel and perceive inside me, what my senses express, what my body needs, and what flows.
Generally all my Sundays are pleasant, unless my health is diminished. But there are some that are really exquisite, and revitalizing, because they feel and transpire unconditional love, vintage, coexistence, either by ties of kinship or fraternity, yes I mean family Sundays or shared with good friends. They are ideal for catching up, sharing experiences and tasting delicious homemade food, in the warmth of home.
These meetings can become true and necessary group therapies, where vulnerabilities and fragilities emerge. It is there where we try to find balance, adapt to situations, grow, and strengthen ourselves between defects and virtues, always transforming ourselves and trying not to disintegrate, always prevailing in family unity, as a north. They are spaces of pure vibrational energy, vitamin pills for the soul and they remind me again and again that I am not alone.
Others are preceded by a week of exhausting, laborious, and crushing dynamism. Then my friend, solitude, knocks at my door. She is very adept at sensing when I need her. That day I spend time alone, dedicate it entirely to myself, disconnect from the outside world to pamper, spoil, and love myself, with my favorite foods, no matter the time or complexity of preparation, there is no rush. I almost always prepare an exquisite and relaxing bath, which favors not only my body but to free my mind to think and rethink what has been done and what is to come, building, deconstructing, and reconstructing ideas. And of course to sleep as much as possible.
Today was a wonderful Sunday, with lots of vibrational energy and positivity, with many flowers in a potpourri of colors, to empower and revitalize the mind, body, and spirit. Flowers are energy and vigor, they are light, emotions for the senses. In tune and harmony colors bring power, they are magical and miraculous, they are charitable and clement, their contrasts and disparities are the balance we sometimes need.
Flowers are one of my weaknesses, I love them, they cheer me up, they make me feel good, they are incredible for my mood and with varied, intense and dominant colors as you can see in the images, they stimulate and activate my senses. The effects are really beneficial. I feel energized to enjoy and give the best of me in the week that is about to begin. Thus ends my multicolored floral Sunday.
