RE: Got Wheels... and Change

I watched the trailer of Crash and oh, it starts with Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings... Will put it on my list to watch the movie, even you don't give us spoilers :D

And in my opinionated opinion the only way "out" is to become so well "individuated" that nothing outside of ourselves can affect our balance and peace of mind.

You have a great opinionated opinion hahah. I do strive to do this, but it is not always easy. A long journey is still waiting for us as humanity and individuals. Was thinking about this today, and your post is here. Thank you @nickydee. A hug is flying toward you, without any isms 🤗

Oh I love seeing you here and there and everywhere :)

Hello, you!

Yep. I didn't want to say because my posts are just too long anyway but in the good old days film-makers used music so beautifully to enhance and tell a story! It really bumps up the emotional response in a way not much else can. For me. But I'm a very auditory human.

I'd love to hear what you think of it when you watch it. Get yer tissues out!

No.Thank you!

And hugs received with gratitude as well.

p.s. yes it can be a long process to individuate succesfully. But I reckon this is because most therapists are being given the incorrect info in their studies on purpose.

I worked with a client who, after only six months, said thanks, life changing, can't htank me enough and he's good to go.

All I did was give him the information I found, the alternative therapies, some skills and (occasionally) was his "mirror" when he couldn't see some blind spots.

Busy planning a rough walk through in my head to (hopefully) put out there for others to try.

And yeah! No isms! Not even if it's Art!

Only love 😀❤️
