My gosh miss! How amazing your body is to be able to do 500 squats. Wait, I just wanna ask when do you inhale and exhale? Do you inhale when you are in the standing position and exhale when you are in a squat position? or vice versa?

I haven't done this before, but I know the feeling of shaky knees and the heaviness of the legs. Congrats miss for achieving this kind of workout, and kudos to the company you are applying for because their style is way different.

I noticed the door closed itself, (is there a mumu there?) just kidding! Love the last note you showed.

inhale when squatting. exhale when standing up. I did the challenge yesterday and now my legs are sore! can't properly walk the stairs! 😂

I'd do this workout again but probably just 100-200. 500 is too much for the body in just one go! thanks for dropping by. I appreciate it!
