I want to ask, to become a member of a certain community, are there other conditions or procedures, before becoming a member?
Each 'Community' is slightly different from the next. To the very right of their page (or click on 'About') you will find the rules for posting into those communities. Other than that, all you have to do is click on the 'Subscribe' button. If they have a vote bot or voting trail, there may be rules or guidelines to becoming a member. That stuff is usually pinned to the top of their feed. Hope this helps you.
