Saludos amigos de la comunidad de Bellas artes hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia de trabajo que compartí hace poco con @mundomanaure y @crily.love . Sucede que nos encontramos registrando una serie de videos donde se reflejan las actividades culturales y artísticas que se realizan en Caracas. Actualmente nos encontramos laborando en YVKE Mundial, el motivo de nuestro ingreso fue porque están buscando abordar otros espacios de la ciudadanía aparte del noticiario, entonces se nos solicitó abordar el tema cultural, pensando en todas las actividades culturales que puedan ser de interés para el ciudadano ya sea formativo o recreativo.
Greetings friends of the Bellas Artes community, today I want to share with you a work experience that I recently shared with @mundomanaure and @crily.love . It happens that we are recording a series of videos that reflect the cultural and artistic activities that take place in Caracas. We are currently working in YVKE Mundial, the reason for our entry was because they are looking to address other spaces of citizenship apart from the news, then we were asked to address the cultural theme, thinking of all cultural activities that may be of interest to the citizen either educational or recreational.
Desde entonces nos hemos encontrado atentos a todo lo que ocurre a nivel cultural en Caracas y sus alrededores, creo que fue de gran ayuda este vínculo creado en la comunidad de Bellas Artes ya que al estar compartiendo con tantos grandes artistas también nos enteramos de sus actividades en los museos y proyectos venideros.
Since then we have been attentive to everything that happens at a cultural level in Caracas and its surroundings, I think it was very helpful this link created in the community of Bellas Artes since we were sharing with so many great artists we also learned about their activities in museums and upcoming projects.
En ésta ocasión el maestro Rodrigo Benavides gran fotógrafo venezolano se encuentra presente en la Galería Nacional con la exposición Orinoco, Cubagua, Ayacucho 1824 - 2024, Encrucijadas y Metáforas Nuestroamericanas. Se trata de una selección fotográfica que me muestra 8 diálogos, ofreciendo un recorrido histórico al espectador. En lo personal siento que está vinculación entre imágen y texto brinda una experiencia más íntima, además, la estructuración con diálogos o capítulos permite ubicarse en un contexto claro a nivel histórico, pasear por esta exposición se convierte entonces en un recorrido por la historia bastante personal, dónde cada persona que se acerque a apreciar tendrá un acercamiento totalmente diferente partiendo por supuesto del carácter histórico que pretende la exposición.
On this occasion the master Rodrigo Benavides, great Venezuelan photographer, is present at the National Gallery with the exhibition Orinoco, Cubagua, Ayacucho 1824 - 2024, Crossroads and Our American Metaphors. It is a photographic selection that shows me 8 dialogues, offering a historical journey to the viewer. Personally I feel that this link between image and text provides a more intimate experience, in addition, the structuring with dialogues or chapters allows to be located in a clear historical context, walking through this exhibition then becomes a journey through history quite personal, where each person who comes to appreciate will have a totally different approach, starting of course from the historical character that the exhibition intends.
Creímos prudente compartir a través de YVKE está exposición fotográfica, en primer lugar porque tiene un gran efecto pedagógico para quien sepa aprovechar e investigar a partir de ella, y en segundo lugar, porque uno de nuestros intereses principales es darle visibilidad a toda actividad que pueda nutrir la identidad nacional del ciudadano, y que mejor forma de germinar la nacionalidad que a través un viaje histórico tan rico como éste.
We thought it prudent to share this photographic exhibition through YVKE, firstly because it has a great pedagogical effect for those who know how to use and investigate it, and secondly, because one of our main interests is to give visibility to any activity that can nurture the national identity of the citizen, and what better way to germinate the nationality than through a historical journey as rich as this one.
Ese día realizamos la entrevista al maestro Benavides y al curador asociado de su exposición Raúl Chacón Carrasco, quienes nos hablaron de la importancia que tiene está exposición para el caraqueño, y la construcción de un imaginario nacionalista. el director de la pauta fue @mundomanaure, estuvo con nosotros @crily.love pieza clave en la producción de campo este día, yo me encargué del registro de audio y realizar la segunda cámara. Al concluir nos sentimos bastante satisfechos de lo logrado ya que como equipo pudimos superar sin mayor dificultad varias adversidades.
That day we interviewed Benavides and the associate curator of his exhibition Raúl Chacón Carrasco, who told us about the importance of this exhibition for the caraqueño, and the construction of a nationalist imaginary. the director of the guideline was @mundomanaure, @crily.love was with us, a key piece in the field production this day, I was in charge of the audio recording and the second camera. At the end of the day we were quite satisfied with what we had achieved because as a team we were able to overcome several adversities without much difficulty.
También tuvimos el honor de recibir un obsequio por parte del maestro Benavides, un folleto de su exposición con una dedicatoria más su firma, sin duda este detalle lo recibo con bastante emoción y se convierte en un recuerdo bastante valioso de esta ocasión.
We also had the honor of receiving a gift from the master Benavides, a booklet of his exhibition with a dedication plus his signature, no doubt this detail is received with great emotion and becomes a very valuable souvenir of this occasion.
Para concluir nos reunimos un rato antes de partir en la casa de un amigo en bellas artes quien nos abrió las puertas de su hogar y estuvimos hablando de todo un poco hasta la noche, picando algunas chucherías y pasandola muy bien. Sin más que agregar amigos, me despido con bastante alegría de compartir esta buena experiencia con gente maravillosa, y además deseando que se acerque a esta nutritiva exposición fotográfica...
To conclude we met for a while before leaving at the home of a friend in fine arts who opened the doors of his home and we were talking about everything a little until the evening, snacking on some snacks and having a great time. Without more to add friends, I say goodbye with a lot of joy to share this good experience with wonderful people, and also wishing that you come to this nourishing photographic exhibition...
