What's good, everybody? It's your boy, Charlie!

Today I want to talk to you guys about the opportunity I hope to accomplish with the @boycharlieplays Hive Content Creation and the Chicopee Cultural Council. I have applied for a grant of $2,000 to use the funding to purchase Hive Power as a resource for my efforts to curate content on the blockchain and acquire wealth as a gaming artivist. Regularly, I use the funds from my content creation and my livestreams to help the school-age programs I work for, my family, friends, and community. I want to continue creating content and using my art to show the Hive's use as my fundraising mechanism, platforming tool, and record-keeping for my portfolio. My idea is to provide financial and creative opportunities for other creators like myself who wish to join my membership called @onestrong. If my $2,000 or potentially closer to $500 grant is successful, I will then apply for creating a space to provide others the opportunity to accomplish what I did the previous grant cycle. This grant opportunity for our channel will provide a real-world use case of the Hive blockchain being used for a content creator to support their communities.

What will I do with the $2000 in Hive Power?

Depending on when the approval happens (Dec. to January), I will have a certain amount of Hive Tokens purchase and power up. I will then use this Hive Power from January to December without powering it down. On the anniversary of my Power Up, I will then be allowed to begin the 13-week power down of my investment. Hive Power will allow me to curate content on the platform and provide influence to award more tokens and promote the videos, blogs, and other content of @onestrong members. @onestrong is a creator group I hope to install in the western Massachusetts area to encourage a strong network of creative videographers and bloggers to create content on the Hive Blockchains multiple frontends and apps.

I will begin drafting blog posts for the @onestrong page in preparation for a potential space opening at the end of 2021. My goal is to recruit and encourage new members from Chicopee to check out potential opportunities for generating influence and funding through blogging and interaction on this platform and with our membership. With options to upgrade the downtown area of Chicopee.

MISSION

The “One Strong Creative Group” mission is to provide information and opportunity for content creators to build their businesses, create content and provide opportunities to showcase their abilities and talents through the use of social media blockchain technology.

VISION

The “One Strong Creative Group” is a dedicated online media collective of artists, creatives, and musicians that produce content for the Hive Blockchain. The group meets online in a group messenger(Discord) or in a designated community meeting space to discuss and create short or long-form content.
Through creative online programming and community actions, the group hopes to inspire new creators for the social media and blockchain industries.
This group's efforts aim to provide access to funding, spacing, and focused education and resources available to create audio, visual, or graphic media online for the One Strong Creator membership.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The One Strong Creative Groups will provide affordable access to cameras for shooting video, Microphones to record audio, and computers to edit graphics and media together. This group will provide leadership and access to affordable education on media creation, advertising, social media marketing skills, and the future of blockchain technology.
FOUNDATIONS
- OPPORTUNITY - The group will provide opportunities for creators that have gone through our program to create content in our space.
- EDUCATION - The group will educate people on how to get on the Hive Blockchain platform to post and create content.
- COLLABORATION - The group will offer paid opportunities to collaborate with artists, small businesses, and others in our space.
- ACCOUNTABILITY - The group will be accountable for our tasks and dedicated to helping the community.

WHAT IS HIVE?

“Hive” and the Hive Blockchain takes social media and helps creators and programmers build a living, breathing, and growing social economy - a community where users gain rewards for sharing their voice. It's a new kind of attention economy.
PeakD is one of the many websites that are powered by the Hive blockchain and HIVE cryptocurrency.
Associated Hive websites read and write content to the Hive blockchain, which stores the content in an immutable blockchain ledger, and rewards users for their contributions with digital tokens called HIVE.
Every day, the Hive blockchain mints new HIVE tokens and adds them to a community's "rewards pool.”
The “tokens” reward users for their contributions in the form of votes. This engagement, after seven days, distributes the valued amount of tokens from those votes. Users who hold more “tokens” in their account as "Hive Power" will get to decide where a larger portion of the rewards pool distributes through their vote.
How does the Hive? Does the blog differ from other social media websites? (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
While most social media sites extract this value for their shareholders’ benefit, Hive believes that the platform users should receive the benefits and rewards for their attention and contributions.

ONE STRONG CREATIVE GROUP

The One Strong Creative Group focus is creating posts onto the Hive blockchain and gathering in-person to help organize and create content to support other than the ones by members to grow the platform for all developers, creators, and investors to the Hive Blockchain. Through manual curation by One Strong Creative Group members, the group can accumulate “Curation Rewards” that provide access to income and access to more promotion influence on the platform.

ONE STRONG CREATOR MEMBERSHIP $ 125 A MONTH.

A “One Strong Creator” member can use our associated creative spaces and experience the media and informational resources from our network to support their creative blog content. “One Strong Creator Programming” provides featured content and suggestions for members to take on for their posts to increase exposure and access to support from the platform.

ONE STRONG CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The Creative Director will serve as the lead staff and coordinator in the One Strong Media Space. The Creative Director ensures that new members receive the education to utilize the space and the platform to follow One Strong’s mission. They are in charge of maintaining records of those who attend the area and the programming. The programming posted onto the One Strong Hive Account is also a responsibility for this position. The One Strong Creative Director provides experience for the members to receive information in content creating and using the programming to improve themselves.

ONE STRONG MEDIA SPACES

The group aims to provide media studio space for equipment and the base of “One Strong Creator'' membership.

The Creative Director will lead this space's programming and schedule to the group's daily operation needs.

The space provides the membership immediate access for “Hive blockchain onboarding” with an experienced community leader for interested persons to learn about the benefits of blockchain content creation and its technology.
The One Strong Creative Media Spaces ensure access to online resources for those who may not have access to this equipment or an Internet Connection to conduct their blogging, developing, or investing needs. The creative space will maintain the ability to hold camera equipment, computers/tablets, and audio recording equipment through applying for grants, generating income from educating new members and creators, and creating blog content to be supported online.

“ONE STRONG/HIVE BLOCKCHAIN” EDUCATION MODELS

Gaining membership into the program is done through a 10-week educational period that reviews the equipment available and their uses for introductory video, audio, and creating visual art skills.
One Strong will provide equal opportunity for all creator members to use the center’s equipment to share new content on the Hive blockchain.

MEMBER BENEFIT

Round clock Assistance during Programming Hours on technical and membership needs/questions/concerns.
After completing the course, the member is allowed to rent space and equipment during Program operating hours.
Members receive blogs from the @onestrong account and take part in our challenges and events that build an incentive system that promotes sharing information online in a lively community. One Strong staff organize the schedule for the ten-week season. In this season, there are educational blocks planned for the day and times set for community engagement.

HIVE COMMUNITY NEW CREATOR EDUCATION (6 Chapter COURSE)

One Strong Hive Content Education Programming will educate new potential members on the Creative Director’s schedule. This schedule will teach and consult with members on how best to post on the website and build income through posted content. The Creative Director serves as the mentor coordinator and maintains the new creator’s schedule of events and the building's day to day functions. Creative Directors claim the @onestrong account and curate content using the Hive Power accumulated already. The Creative Director will generate income upon voting on new creator content and allow the program to show examples of these communities’ uses and applications to benefit one’s creative aspirations.

ONE STRONG CREATOR PROGRAM

Chapter 1

#introduce-yourself - Creators get onto the Hive Blockchain and create content that speaks to them. If available, a member of @onestrong admin or the Creative Director helps get on through Discord or in the media space. We provide a report at the end detailing posts growth, interactions, or income.

Day 1 New Creators will make their Hive accounts and review the usage of “Hive. Blog” to post onto the Blockchain.
Day 2 Lab Day
Day 3 We begin drafting our first personal blog post under the new Hive Account. We review markdown for creating stylized blogs.
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 The “introduce yourself” blog of every member is due and reshared to the community. All links receive @onestrong curation.

Chapter 2

#hive-education - Creators create blog content associated with the topic picked by the Creative Director for the week. We provide a report at the end, detailing posts and any growth, interactions, or income.

Day 1 Members begin a journal blog post with topics provided by the Creative Director.
Day 2 Lab Day
Day 3 We continue developing the idea of the blog post and review other students' work.
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 We discuss the content created and what we can do to improve in future projects. We discuss the games and NFTs being developed and decide between 1 game for next week.

Chapter 3

#gaming - Online gaming is a massive market that this website thrives. We wish to see who is the top player on the blockchain. Creators will race to get to the top of the community leaderboard this week. We provide a report at the end, detailing posts and growth through interactions or income.

Day 1 Members begin blogging about their favorite video game or daPP game on the blockchain for the week.
Day 2 Lab Day
Day 3 We continue developing the idea of the blog post and review other students' work.
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 We discuss the games and NFTs being developed and decide between 1 game to discuss next week.

Chapter 4

#community - Creators share content on the Hive blockchain Tribes and Communities that mint specialized community tokens. More streams of tokens provide opportunities for more branding moves for creators and businesses. Creators choose a community and stick with it for the week curating and creating only that content and providing a report at the end of growth.

Day 1 Member plans a Hive blockchain social media campaign around bringing people to their profile to see recent content.
Day 2 Lab Day
Day 3 Members plan social media campaigns for two other platforms outside of the blockchain(ex. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 We discuss the campaigns and review them together.

Chapter 5

#curation - Midway into the creator season, we challenge our creators to post their best to nominate our top performers in specific categories. We provide a collaborative report on the @onestrong page, where the top performer is the biggest beneficiary. We end as always with a post detailing growth, interactions, and income.

Day 1 Members work on integrating other people’s posts into their blog posts (curating)

Day 3 We create categories for people to compete in to receive nominations.
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 We go over the nominations and vote on our favorite curated and created posts.

Chapter 6

#dapps - Creators will be encouraged to post about their favorite Dapp on the blockchain and their favorite associated creators that are major to the platform.

Day 1 Members begin a journal blog post with topics of their choice.
Day 2 Lab Day
Day 3 We continue developing the idea of the blog post and review other students' work.
Day 4 Lab Day
Day 5 We discuss the games and NFTs being developed and decide between 1 game to discuss next week.

New Youth Creators (Ages 8-12yr) School Age and Camp programs are invited to our spaces to receive education to utilize the space for their artistic endeavors during Before and After School/Summer Camp Programming hours.

Youth creators and their affiliated staff will receive a similar crash course have assisted access to cameras after receiving the Creative Director’s guidance on using the equipment.
Youth creators and their affiliated staff will have access to computers in the editing suite to hold private lessons.

Programs should reach out to the director for scheduling times available. Youth creator programming will be during the following times.

From 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM Before School Programming at One Strong Space.
From 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM After School Programming at One Strong Space
From 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Evening Programming at One Strong Space
