In the Old Earth's Exo-Planet Classification and Naming System, Capt Purpureus' home planet is listed as HD189734C.
In the native language, the planet's formal name is a tongue-twisting, multiple-breath moniker containing 2,236 syllables!
Needless to say, using the planet's formal name in everyday conversation is quite rare.
But in spite of its high user demands, the formal name is still mandatory on all official documents, academic lectures and journal publications.
The name literally translates to: "The first is always purple."
That's why almost everyone just calls HD189734C the "Planet First Purple" or simply "PFP".

Capt Purpureus is one of the most capable and seasoned active duty ISOC Operators.
He is an expert in demolitions and comfortable arming or disarming any device using conventional, nuclear or quantum explosives. He can operate all known space and terrestrial vehicles.
Starting his martial arts training before he learned to walk, he had mastered over a dozen different disciplines and styles before the age of 15.
As a senior instructor trainer at BIDs, he taught an expedient and highly lethal form of hand-to-hand combat (similar to the ancient Krav Maga system of old Earth) and supervised weaponry familiarization and live fires.
He rewrote the curriculum for "Multi-Climate Survival", "Comparative Combat Strategy" and "Effective Tactical Maneuvers in hazardous or hostile environments".
Well respected within the ISOC community; he's one of the few active duty OGs (Original Gangster, Old Guy in the hood, etc.) who's actually 'Been there, done that. No Sh*t!"
As a leader, he's known for praising in public, reprimanding in private and never ordering anyone to do something he hasn't already done himself...
