"Take a break before you break"

There are times in life when you seem to busy. You have so many things to do yet so
little time. Some days will drain you until you feel nothing is left. You feel tired, stressed
or anxious because of what’s happening around you. You feel that you have been
holding on for so long that you feel so weak. You keep pushing yet you feel even more
miserable.

There is no one else who knows you better than yourself. You should know your limits,
when you can still go on and when you should take a breather. Just because you could
do more does not necessarily mean that you should. Do not exhaust yourself to the
point of breaking down.
Take a break. Be kind and take care of yourself. Give yourself time to rest and relax.
Recharge your spirit, mind, and body. Enjoy life. You deserve some time for yourself.
Remember that you and your health are most valuable.

It may seem hard to find the time or place to relax with all your responsibilities. But it
doesn’t take much. Eat your favorite food, wear your most comfortable clothes, retreat
to a quiet place and meditate. Learn to rest when you are tired but never give up. Once
you are well-rested, start again and keep on going. You got this, Warriors!

It can be hard to build an exercise routine into the day; it is definitely important to do, regardless of your "fitness level," but can be really hard.

It's also just as important to learn when to take a break and let the body heal, absolutely. Just as long as the break doesn't turn into days and then weeks. 😄

Sometimes I need a break, I do a taiji routine.
