The whole area is Panagsama beach consisting of 20 or so dive sites Rhonda bay is just part of it. Plus there is Pescador island, all a part of the town of Moalboal.
And that would all be in what country @biggypauls?
Sorry, it's on Cebu island in the southern Philippines.
