My favorite hobby is being in the garden on Sundays, I know that people love doing other activities different from this one, many even call it work. It's true, it's work, but when work gives you satisfaction and you love what you do, it is no longer a job, it becomes a hobby.
We love spending time in the garden preparing the ground for plants, cleaning weeds, applying homemade fertilizers that we prepare with our own hands or pesticides made with garlic cloves.
The good thing about our hobby is that we don't use chemical products, we do it like my grandparents did (all by hand) That is healthy for the fruits of the garden and mother earth.
I do it because I have these satisfactions, eating and feeding my family with the fruits of the plants that my hands planted. There is no greater satisfaction.
If I could choose a different hobby, I would undoubtedly be a bird watcher, I love birds, I would like to travel the world to know each and every one of the birds that exist.

Hey, I also do gardening it's one of the things I'm doing right now, I talked about this today, I did my own homemade fertilizer too, i have my first fruit from my tomato plant ;) Gardening it's just pleasant

Yes and I compared my tomato with which I bought in the market and my tomato was more red inside and more juicy, the look was totally different

Yes - what a delight it is to be in a garden which yields such yummy healthy fresh food - your squashes look amazing!
Living in Thailand gardening is really tough - it's either very hot, or very wet. So gardening best done at 5am with tools down by 9am.

Bird watching? I do a little. Pretty casually. But I have a really pretty woman friend that loves it. So I go with her when I can. Strictly for the bird watching, you know :) Watching something.

Oh, it's wonderful to spend a day with her whenever I can. She's bright and witty and attractive and knows all the good places to see birds. It's all good.
We've known each other over 60 years. I love hearing her stories (she's really got some) and enjoy telling my stories. It really is a marvelous thing.

Gardening organically is a good way to garden and I think the lack of chemicals makes the produce taste better. Providing for oneself is a rewarding experience also, and is a good hobby to have.
Without a doubt, the natural products that are sown, maintained and harvested naturally are always more exquisite.

ENGAGEtokens.You truly have a green thumb. I'm not much of gardener. If I was, I would have a massive garden like my mom used to have planting tomatoes, peppers, onions, cabbage, greens. The fact that you are growig organically is awesome. I can see where working in your garden could be a hobby. But it also seems like an awful lot of work. But if you love what you do, then no amount of work is. tiresome.
You should try with your garden, you would be surprised what people are capable of doing, it begins with green onions and peregil, those are easy-growing plants, there you will have more confidence and you will see that after that you will sow anything. I am learning about the marches, now I plant everything that has seed.
