Every week my post is a song that has healed, helped, or been a big part of my life story.

25 years or so back, my older brother formed a band called...

InstraMetal...

My bro Ray was (sound/guitars) with my best friend Joe Hazen, (lead guitar/vocals) and his girlfriend Bobby Jo (bass/vocals) Scot Wilson (drums/vocals)

I have no recordings or videos of them. But they did open for this band several times in 1995 ish.
