Ah Silverthorn! Its been so long since I read those books. I must go back to them. I love reading. I always have, head was always buried in a book when I was younger and still today although the kids mean I get less ready time. It was a saviour for me when I was young, in a different way but I am always still humbled and awed by the power books have.
Iwill defo give the riftwar books a reread. I hope they are as good this time round!
I loved Magician this time around as I have the other times. Silverthorn so far too. They're familiar and yet, in the 25 or so years since I've read them, so different because I am! Definitely enjoyable. Get into it mate, I doubt you'll be disappointed. And yes, reading is a powerful thing.
I doubt I will I will rack it up on to my reading list, Its a long un but I chunter through them at quite a rate!
