How can I help has always been the question when you meet a good person but can I help you? Sometimes comes from those who want to know your mission and have already prepared an answer for you that is so unpleasant and heart breaking. How can I help? Sometimes I don't have the help to offer to those around me but I bring it up here hoping that someday someone somewhere will listen and come to our aid.
