We control our life and lifestyle. That's good. But totally ignoring our biological clock is not a clever move.
Our biological clock has control over us on how we will function. You can't give your 100% at night/night job and function perfectly in your day. There will be some sort of physical and mental issues. So as, if we take our lunch at 5.00 pm it will slowing make a negative impact. Because our body follows a pre-established system.
That's why synchronizing our body clock with our work schedule is necessary.
I know it's not possible for many because of the shift work specifically to maintain a proper schedule with the biological clock. But we can try our best, right?

- Eating time
- Working schedule
- Social time
These are the major area we need to focus on to match with our biological clock. And if we can ensure it, we will surely be more productive.
You may have noticed that our system is made for feeling energized and more productive early in the morning. It needs food in a specific time life around 11 o'clock and so. Listen to your body and readjust your schedule. Slowly but gradually you can make a positive move.
It's not like you always can compromise with your work schedule but try to make a better routine and lifestyle plan so you can readjust according to your clock.
This idea may sound silly, especially when sleeping at night, taking brunch became a trend. But once you know the adverse effect of going opposite with our biological clock you will take it seriously.
