most of the waterways there's room for boats to pass each other but there are a few very narrow stretches. The overgrown section that was in one of my recent posts had been cleared when we passed back that way 2 weeks later. Everyone movers at 4mph on the canals so oncoming traffic isn't that scarey ;)
It has been a way of travel I must be honest captured my imagination years ago, you picked the right time to get on the water to take you to many interesting pubs and places. Hope the pubs are still running since so many started closing down.
That boat looks like it takes up most of the canal would hate to negotiate and oncoming vessel...

They just started opening up, well some of them. Need to show some support for them ;)
All small businesses need local support, times have got tough, I think even going to get tougher going forward in many countries.
