Hello there,
Today I'm going to share my diet or food habits that helps me stay fit and healthy all the time. I'm a 25+ woman and I try my best to avoid unhealthy foods like junk foods. And this would be the only reason that I hardly fall sick and I can't remember when last time I went to a doctor for my health issues or I also can't remember when the last time I took any meds for my illness or sickness. So don't you think I'm living a healthy and happy life? Yes, ofcourse I'm living a happy and healthy life as Almighty leading me or helping me to stay away from tasteful fast foods and foods from outside. I do not take exercise regularly so if anything helping me to stay well that is my food habits. Let me share more about my meal for a day.

Morning Meal Or Breakfast :
Morning is the when we begin our day and we do our duties in a day most of the time. We need to be more active for all day's activities and we need food for that. Food that gives us energy and when we work we burn calories and also our energy. So having meal helps us to be more active. If we are day working person we should have the big meal as breakfast in a day and timing is most important thing. We should make a specific time or routine to take our meals such as I take my breakfast after 7am and before 8 am. This is the time range for my breakfast. Now let me share what I eat in the breakfast. I eat rice with an egg and it would be fried or boiled or in any form you may like with rice and I try several forms of it like omelets, posed, fry or boiled to make a verity as everyday same meal can make us feel boring. I take salad like tomatoes, onions and other seasonal veggies. I eat mashed potatoes or potato fries. I try to eat a big breakfast as I need energy to work all day long.

A drink can help us to be more energetic so we can choose a smart drink and it would be milk, tea or coffee whatever you may prefer. I like milk because milk is an ideal food. I also prefer coffee but I don't like to make any drink as my habit which I need in my everyday life so I take drink after breakfast or later very often not regularly to be honest. As the digesting system is not same for all of us. I prefer coffee and milk often. I love fruits and I usually take fruits when I have empty stomach as I read in several articles that we should take fruits when we have empty stomach and its a healthy habit. I took fruits usually, mostly every week 3-4 days I add some healthy fruits in my diet like apple, orange, banana or some seasonal fruits. I took a small amount of snakes after 11am.

Noon Meal Or Lunch :
My noon meal or lunch should be medium. I eat rice and curries in lunch there also added fish or meat. Weekly twice I take chicken curry for lunch and sometimes fish curry and egg curry too. Vegies also included to the lunch. I also try to add raw tomatoes to it as it taste really good with rice and curry specially the day I eat beef for lunch I use tomato as salad and it make it more tasty and healthy. My lunch time at 1pm to 2pm and I strictly follow this schedule. I eat beef once in a week and it mostly in Friday. In the evening I also take fruits usually not regularly, sometimes I take snacks too but it should be light. I eat just once or twice in a month like noodles, burger and pizza and this is rare. Junk foods are a kind of fun food and we can eat it in a small amount or else it may affect our healthy lifestyle.
Night Meal Or Dinner :
Dinner should be light for we adults as health experts recommend to have a light healthy meal at night. I do follow this too. I eat a small amount of rice and curry in it. Try to avoid heavy meal at night. I try my best to take my dinner earlier and not immediate before go to bed. I take dinner 7pm to 8pm and sleep 11 pm to 12pm. I try to maintain a healthy routine and that is the secret of my being well. Sometimes keeping fast can helps us to stay more healthy I believe and I have experienced too. And I suggest others to keep fast. One more thing I should add and that is drinking plenty of water which helps a lot to stay well as it is very good habit to keep our organs hydrated.
