HOPE IN DESPAIR
*Hope is a thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.
-Emily Dickinson.*
We are all dealing with this epidemic disease called COVID 19 also known as Coronavirus. It's not about a single state or country its about the whole world, thousands of people are dying day by day it's heartbreaking. People around the world are hoping for a heavenly miracle to get rid of this pandemic disease. Humans are always held to hope.
Hope is invisible but yet it is the most significant fact of our lives
In most difficult times hope can make the present moment bearable. It provides a sense of solace in painful moments. If we believe that there will be a better future then we can easily bear the hardships of today. Although life is beautiful sometimes there are moments where we want to escape where we want to give up but remember running away from problems is not a solution.
Sometimes hope is the only way to survive. Even in this twilight phase of technology and science, every logician, researcher, the doctor has been failed to discover the cure for patients of this chronic disease. In this type of situation, people rely on hope.
When people lose hope in such trials, the consequences can be very dangerous. Hope is the only thing that can deal with anxiety, depression, and fear. People are miserable and anguish. There are pain and grief but we should hope for a better tomorrow. In times of despair, only hope can overcome fear.
When we are sad and disappointed hope keeps us alive
A firm belief in Hope can make things easy for us in this hard time. We must stick to hope because life is unpredictable. Life is inevitable so we should not fear it. There is a famous quotation that can complement this situation it says
**Where there is life, there is hope**
We should always hope for good even in the darkest hours of our lives. We should think positively. These deadly days will be gone one day and we will be able to spend our lives without any fear.
There will be days where universities, schools will be filled with students and faculty members. The sounds of innocent children will echo again in the parks.
These desolate roads will again guideway to its travelers. If we will be able to cope with this situation, this virus will be gone forever. Hopeful thinking can combat our fear. King Martin Luther. Jr once said 'Everything that is done in the world is done by hope'. Hope encourages us to live another day. So do not lose hope.
